  • Wed, 01:56: I had to stop reading the Cracked article about "impressive" cases of identity theft bc it was making me paranoid and upset. Not good at all
  • Wed, 01:59: Why doesn't anyone ever talk about the cases where someone tracks down the thief and murder-porn's them? Bc that has to have happened before
  • Wed, 02:00: I remember a few years back, there was a woman talking about how 4 different women had used her identity to get jobs and live in the US.
  • Wed, 02:02: They paid taxes! She knew where they worked! What?! I would have thought she'd track them down Deathwish-style and at least reclaim her ID
  • Wed, 02:03: But no. The whole interview was all about how her life had been ruined and IRS and blah blah. It was scary and sad and horrible.
  • Wed, 02:05: Identity theft is not a victimless crime. Those ppl are not heroes, Cracked, and it's not funny. They're fucking assholes and it's upsetting
  • Wed, 02:06: Okay. Back to Calibre and fixing the metadata on my ebooks. I need to chill the fok out. (This is life w/out weed, folks, and it's *grim*)
